when there are strings attached, such as a job or promotion and the suitor is informed and aware that the pursuit is unwelcome, it is sexual harassment and a perversion. It should not be done in the workplace or any business environment or relationship.Bingo. I'm not seeing a case of sexual harassment here. Bad judgement, perhaps.
