So sick of the language used here in recent years.
I frequently ask people to mind their language. Most of the time, people apologize. (I think that, while sitting alone at one’s computer, it’s easy to forget that there are others in the “room” who are “hearing” your vulgar usage.)
There are some posters — females included — who tell me off. Some, apparently, are lost causes.
I had a new FReeper send me a private message just because he didn’t agree with something that I posted.
It was not nice.

About foul language used in posts, I’ve noticed with my Facebook posts that it’s the guys who comment with the ‘f’ word, never the females. Certain young gentlemen seem to lack a certain recognition of their surroundings when they venture into another person’s space or territory on social media. I have people of all ages, family members and church people who read my Facebook posts, and then some guy I befriended because we’re in the same profession pops up dropping the f bomb.
