Anyone who knows that only the House appropriates funding knew Obama's subsidies were illegal.

Obama also allegedly robbed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgage giants to fund Obamacare, in addition to robbing Medicare of $700 BILLION, and God knows what else.
