Hillary claimed they were dead broke when they left the White House in 2000. Poor ole BJ had to start giving speeches and Hillary had to run for the Senate, just so they would have enough money to pay the light bills and mortgage on that huge NY estate.
They were so broke that they had to ‘borrow’ furniture, paintings and silverware from the White House.
