Her name is Isa “Dick” Hackett, she’s the producer of a show based on a works by Philip K. “Dick”, and she is accusing the guy of saying, “You will love my ‘dick’”. I’m tempted to say the there was just a lot of dick in the air, and maybe he was making a joke.

Yeah, that's my read, too. The guy is a dick, making double entendres about her father's name and how she'll love his interpretation of his work. I'm going to guess alcohol was part of the scene, so the guy thought his cleverness was quite singular. I'm going to also go out on a limb and guess that as a lesbian with a "wife" who says the solution to this problem is to have "more women, more PoC's, more gays, more disabled people in 'leadership' positions in entertainment" that she's a full time SJW who's hyperventilating over something really stupid in the current atmosphere to advance her agenda.

That all said, the guy is an obvious bore who should be shunned.
