Judge Napolitano (whom I don’t like at ALL) today said that the issue could play out that the players’ union will take this to court, and the players will win. It seems that the stadiums are government property (so he says; I didn’t know that), so they can’t be forced to do anything their management says re speech issues. On government property, the First Amendment rules.
Anyhow, this is a paraphrase, and how I recall the interview. (I could be wrong.)
