in the wake of the contemporary moral havoc, especially the Islamic offensive against the Christian culture.
The date marks the day of the completion of the commemoration of the Apparitions of Fatima of 1917 in the year of the hundredth anniversary
and the victory of the the Holy League over the Islamic invasion armada in the battle of Lepanto in 1571.
On October 7, 1571 the united European nations of the Holy League crushed the power of the Islamic invaders on Europe.
The Holy League credited the victory to the Virgin Mary, whose intercession with God they had implored for victory through the use of the Rosary.
Spanish commander, Andrea Doria had kept a copy of the miraculous image of Our Lady of Guadalupe given to him by King Philip II of Spain in his ship's state room.
Pope Pius V instituted a new Catholic feast day of Our Lady of Victory to commemorate the battle, which is now celebrated by the Catholic Church as the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary.

Islam is a war plan.
God bless the Poles.
Did it work?
I’ve not noticed an obit for Francis.
I agree. They believe in Christ and no Muslim invaders, they have seen what happens when you let barbarians in.
“God bless the Poles.”
Beat me to it! I’m adding my prayer for Poland to yours.
Deus vult!
That photo looks like the Polish-German border. What gives?
God bless the Poles.
on board with that
I have seen a picture and a map of the event. The Polish people made a human prayer chain which completely surrounded Poland, i.e. a circle. I think it included along the Baltic coast as well.
The Polish people have been the most faithful Christians in Europe. A few centuries ago, their army led by Jan Sobieski defeated the Ottoman army just outside the gates of Vienna.
This explains the origin of ‘stupid Polak” jokes which were actually begun by anti-Christian ‘intellectuals’.
Even a political moron is able to understand what words like “I hope”, “provided that” mean in a diplomatic speech and then their real meaning when transferred to practice.
Polish President Duda quotation: I hope Turkey and the EU will continue on the same path ... leading to a full membership for Turkey.
This simply means: “You will never be eligible if you do not comply with the European standards. So, by now, forget about any membership. But, since we're believers, let's have a hope. Miracle happens.”
...but, I'm not going to be your press expert, Herr Berlin Freeper.
But I understand your fury. That whole Poland saving the Christian world thing sure went down the toilet really fast. How long after your thread (btw the video is taken down) did the President of Poland call for Turkeys Muslims to be full EU citizens? Only a week. LoL!
Also look how easy it is for you to make cheap excuses for Poland advancing the agenda of Islamic Turkey and the spread of Muslims in Europe.
Never happen? Never happen not because of Poland who signed 10 billion in trade contracts with Turkey.
Must suck deep down to support a President bragging that Poland has for a long time supported Turkey to be a full EU member and flame someone posting a link alerting to that.
That is if a person was not a scoundrel with a mafia mentality ready to make cheap excuse even at the highest national level for selling out.
But go ahead and pray at your border for Christianity. After you continue to flame me here. LOL!
OVER AND OUT.
