First someone had to write statement for her. Then the statement had to be focus grouped. Then it had to be passed through Hillary’s lawyers. Then it had to be passed through Havey’s lawyers. Then the statement had to be discussed with the media so that they would have the proper reactions to it. Then the statement was released. That’s why it took five days.
