The NEW timeline says he shot the guard 6 mins before opening fire on the crowd.
Why didn’t Vegas PD know what floor he was on BEFORE he opened fire on the crowd?!?!?!?!
Also if Paddock shot 200 rounds towards the guard, why did he stop and let the guard go, and how does a guard get away from 200 rounds was he in the Matrix or something? I’m not buying it.
