The day after California Governor Jerry Brown signs a bill that prevents local police notifying ICE of illegal alien arrests ICE notifies California their new law forces workplace raids as enforcement actions.

It sounds like California is about to be “culturally enhanced” by ICE.
this is good when I was 20 and it was the late 80s I worked at the Santa Anita race track and about 1/3 of those working there in the back part of the race track were illegal Aliens. I worked as a Hot Walker. a minim wage job at its best at its worse a less then minimum wage job that hired illegals. we would get Raided at least once a year sometimes twice by ice. working there taught me that if someone is in the country illegally it suppresses the wages of where ever they work and those people hiring the illegal and paying them less usually are patting themselves on the back for doing it and think they are being charitable.
Feds need to raid the whole state and deport about 2/3rds of it.
Payback’s a bitch, esp. if it kicks Moonbeam in the nuts.
ICE should arrest everyone with an AB-60 driver’s license their manpower allows. Possession of one alone is probable cause.
Moonbeam did a two-fer here by screwing not just the people of the great state of California, but his precious illegals as well:
“ICE will also likely have to detain individuals arrested in California in detention facilities outside of the state, far from any family they may have in California.
“Ultimately, SB54 helps shield removable aliens from immigration enforcement and creates another magnet for more illegal immigration, all at the expense of the safety and security of the very people it purports to protect.
“Despite the severe challenges that this law creates for ICE, we remain committed to our public safety mission and we will continue to do our sworn duty to seek out dangerous criminal aliens and other immigration violators. ICE seeks straightforward cooperation with all sheriffs and local elected officials. This misguided legislation will severely undermine those efforts. (read more)”
Question:
Which REPUBLICAN will howl the loudest and join in with the Democrats to whine that ICE might present a grave danger to the public to proceed in such a “manner” at private businesses, as stated, wherein even ICE points out the higher risks and “other arrests????
Collins - Maine
McCain - Arizona

Let’s Roll Ice... Let’s Roll!
Make California Great Again!
I lived there during the great invasion of the 80's and 90's which just kept going to this day and beyond. It turned a damn nice state into a hell hole in far too many ways. Then leftism flourished and it sunk deeper into that pit of hell. Sure miss it when it was good. Always expensive; we called it the sunshine tax but livable for the average working person.
Here in Florida there are whole towns that if ICE surrounded it and checked a majority would be found to be illegal.
Pahokee, LaBelle, Belle Glades South Bay,etc.
Having lived in Calif. i know it is the same in some of their rural agricultural towns.
I have seen an ICE raid in Arkansas where they went in to a pork processing plant and watched as many were running for any exit. They could find.
Rats jumping ship sort of.
Asplundh Tree Services just found out what happens when you knowingly use illegals.
The way to deal with this is to fine and prosecute employers of illegals. Having a significant percentage of illegals in your workforce should be considered evidence of knowledge of their status.
Go after upper middle-class households who employ illegals as maids and nannies. Putting just a few through raids and prosecutions will be enough to get the rest to fire their illegals.
Conduct spot checks of legal status of people receiving federal welfare (TANF, food stamps, section 8 housing) benefits. Prosecute the civil-service employees who allowed them on the rolls.
Treat it like war.
LOL! Took a second....
Brown claimed that the ‘public would be safer’ with this law. He must have ONLY meant the non-English-speaking public in Calif.
and Throw Jerry in prison while you are at it.
