I just read a headline where Corker apparently said something like “Too bad the White House has become an assisted living home” or something like that. Didn’t bother to click on it, thought I might run across a reference to it sooner or later. Corker will not win the Twitter battle with Trump, if that’s what it’s about.
No good guy, but a great gal, Marsha Blackburn, who did more than any other TN pol. To stop a state income tax in 2000. GO Marsha, GO!!
Marsha Blackburn will WIN BIG in 2018.. BIG!
He called it a Day Care Center
Revolutionary war was against England. The North and South fought in the Civil War.
A lot of the families living around Knoxville, at the time, were directly related to Revolutionary War vets and were very patriotic. When the rest of Tennessee went for the South, they remained with the North.
First up was incumbent Senator Bob Corker (R-TN), who made a surprise announcement on September 26 he would not run for re-election, one day after a Breitbart News report about his sweetheart deal in an Alabama retail center development in which Alabama taxpayers are set to pay him more than $3 million over 20 years in sales tax incentive rebates. Though his announcement that he would not seek re-election was couched in terms that claimed it had been made [a]fter much thought, consideration and family discussion over the past year, its suddennessand the fact that Corker felt compelled to offer a lame and incomplete explanation for his investment in a deal that epitomizes the swamp in which the political elite thriveunderscores the potency of the Breitbart News report. The corrupt liar hoist by his lying tongue. Thanks PJ-Comix.
Bravo, Breitbart!
A Pilot gas station sign photographed in 1965. By then, the company had grown to a dozen gas stations and was approached by Marathon Oil about a partnership. A 50-50 deal was signed later in the year. SUBMITTED BY PILOT CORP./ MOXLEY CARMICHAEL
And Mr. Gas Tax Haslam whose family owns a bunch of truck stops..
