Over just one month of player, coach and owner protests of the flag and National Anthem, the National Football League has gone from America's sport to the least liked of top professional and college sports, according to a new poll.
From the end of August to the end of September, the favorable ratings for the NFL have dropped from 57 percent to 44 percent, and it has the highest unfavorable rating -- 40 percent -- of any big sport, according to the Winston Group survey provided exclusively to Secrets.
Worse for football, which was already seeing lower TV ratings and empty stadium seats, the month of protests and complaints about them from President Trump drove core fans, men 34-54, away, the most significant indicator that NFL brass aren't in touch with their base.
The Winston Poll from the Washington-based Winston Group found that the attitude of those fans went from an August rating of 73 percent favorable and 19 percent unfavorable to 42 percent favorable and 47 percent unfavorable, a remarkable turn against the sport.

The kneelers will still offend the fans present, but to hell with them, they've paid for their tickets already. If they can keep the TV fans entertained, goes the argument, this thing will blow over. Why doesn't that draw a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct? Any other gesture or act aimed at the opponent always draws a flag. Is the NFL supporting black racism?

So true. I have always preferred college football, but since tuning out the NFL, I have only been reminded how much better it is. Exciting games with players who love the sport, giving their all. Magical!

What many people fail to understand is that Roger Goodell knows exactly what he is doing and why.
He IS a Liberal before anything else. He hates this country and all things that make it great, with the one exception being the money.
He has been on a mission to wreck the game of football and by extension, the NFL, ever since the Liberals that make up the majority of team owners saw fit to name him as NFL Commissioner. The NFL Players Union is equally to blame. Look at what Obama and his ilk tried to do to our economy, our military and to our security. The similarities are striking.
By the time that the NFL folds, the parties responsible will have made and pocketed more money than one could imagine, so why should they be bothered with the decline of fans and the income that is drying up? Future generations and their enjoyment are of no concern to Liberals. Just as the future security and prosperity of future generations of Americans are of no concern to the Liberals ruining this country, today.
At NFL public venues, like restaurants or bars,
verbally trash the game, and it's sponsors.
NFL piss on veterans. They piss on soldiers.
NFL hates America. NFL pisses on the flag.
If really brave, NFL hates liberty.
Or NFL hates you. Football players are stupid.
NFL Flag Burners. That beer tastes like cardboard.
Trash their sponsors, in public but subtly
NFL addiction. Change the channel.
Be measured, patient & loud.
Your Veterans fought for you. Can you not at least speak up in a public place?
Active Sports like “NFL Jihad”, are more fun than passively watching trash. It is not your fault a venue plays loud annoying trash.
Reminds me of this time last year when Donald Trump was having this Coldwater Canyon song played at his rallies. I believe Right Side Broadcasting played this song as well during their coverage of the Trump rallies.
The song had Country number One written all over it. Don't know what it never charted.
It's not only the ticket , but concessions, parking. The NFL losing their cut of those also.

I fell in love with Haley Orrantia from The Goldbergs. She plays the gorgeous daughter. In one episode her character sang Hit Me With Your Best Shot and played a Strat. I didn’t know it but she had had some success in a girl band.
This song probably wouldn’t chart because it speaks well of Chick Filet A. Too much PC. But it works great for NFL boycotters. They now have Sunday back.

The heads of the record labels are liberals and they make plenty of money selling crap. “New Country” is another thing I walked away from.
I believe there’s a market for the old stuff that honored America and is diverse in it’s sound. If I had the money I’d start an alternative music network. And a alternative NFL and an alternative NCAA.
OR, if antenna TV isn't available, get the whole neighborhood together and watch just one cable feed -- which only counts as one viewer.
You are honest. Hobbies are great. But when it dominates your life you stagnate.
Once try walking out the front door and make something happen. Fail often. Keep trying. Look back after a year. You may have something great you would not have.
