5 days after Vegas slaughter, only ISIS offers a narrative
WND ^ | Leo Hohmann

Dr. Mark Christian, a former Muslim imam and expert on Wahabbist and Salafist Islamic teachings, said he believes ISIS is milking the Las Vegas massacre for all it’s worth and will, in time, provide some type of evidence of its involvement, possibly a video.

“How would ISIS have known that U.S. investigators wouldn’t find a different motive that would debunk their claim?” said Christian, founder and director of the Global Faith Institute. *snip

Former secret service agent Dan Bongino said the case is unlike any other mass shooting he’s seen.

“This case is really an enigma,” he told Fox News’ Neil Cavuto. “It doesn’t seem to make any sense. In my experience, you usually have two types of suspects in these cases, those radicalized by an ideology or those with some type of psychological disorder, and with this one neither seems to make sense. There’s none of those pre-attack indicators. I don’t think the FBI or local police have that much information on this case, either, because they’re putting up billboards and asking for information. This is a very disturbing case.”

Another angle that makes no sense to Bongino is the Tannerite found in Paddock’s car.

Now, would it have made a difference if everyone at that concert had been armed? Fact: none whatsoever. That’s one of the reasons why it was chosen as a target. Fact: that group of God and Country lovin’ conservatives were fish in a barrel, twenty thousand plus strong in number, shoulder to shoulder in an open-air venue. Conjecture: they were collateral damage on the Globalist’s altar. Purpose: cause enough outrage at our vulnerability to cause/force a knee-jerk reaction - we’ve gotta do something!

For those of us that have been on the giving or receiving end of gunfire (and depending on our travels), another thing emerges from the available videos - the acoustic signature of not ONE, but seemingly THREE different caliber weapons and very nearly simultaneously! I anxiously await the surgeons and ME’s findings after their having dug slugs out of the living and the dead, but I think we’re going to find three different calibers- 5.56, 7.62 X 51 and 7.62 X 39. A couple of my associates are of the same opinion. I would like to say - the truth will out...but given how things have progressed (or sadly, have not); I’m gonna hafta go with BOHICA. In the advancement of sinister agendas; Truth is the first casualty.

Yes, a number of weapons were photographed in this dead Hillary lovers suite on the 32nd floor, but that doesn’t explain the muzzle flashes and synchronized reports coming from the 4th floor which were videotaped by a cabbie who was directly in front of the hotel, by several concert goers at the venue, and which were also reported by police.”

Let me offer this from Oathkeepers article

I considered that. But there's no national centralized database of long guns. Tracing long guns back to the point of sale is a slow process. he would have had time to leave the country (for example, to the Philippines to be with his girlfriend whom he had just sent $100,000)and if he was paid enough to make the deal, that might have been his plan. ISIS is well funded. They could have offered (or baited him with) millions.

This guy doesn't seem like ISIS. He seems like the kind of guy that would sell guns to ISIS though. and ISIS seems like the kind of group that would gun down a bunch of Americans and then leave a dead patsy behind to throw the cops off the scent just long enough to escape.

There are multiple reports of multiple shooters. There was a significant amount of time between the start of ther massacre, the end of the massacre, and the time the SWAT team entered the room to find the suicided body. There are also reports on youtube of a woman in the crowd warning people that they were all going to die. If the FBI had similar suspicions, they probably wouldn't admit it for a number of reasons.

I think it's entirely possible that the true killer(s) are roaming free right now.

what if ISIS offered you, say, $5 million and a new life and identity in the Philippines to stash a butt load of guns in a hotel room? and you were a criminal minded type which this guy seems like. This guy doesn’t fit the radicalized jihadi mold. He does fit the criminal entrepreneur mold though IMO. Nothing about it makes sense. It was clearly terrorism but this guy just isn’t the suicide bomber type.

He became wealthy not only through real estate, which is difficult, but supposedly by professional gambling, which is nearly impossible.

The media keeps repeating this with a straight face as if they are repeating a fact.

If they say “he made money as a professional poker player”, then of course that makes sense.

But if they say (as they seem to be saying in many stories) that he made money gambling against the casinos, in fact, that he made money playing slot machines — and without calling him a cheater, mind you — then they might as well be saying “he made money as a professional alchemist and regularly turned lead into gold to supplement his income”.

Would the media report “turned lead into gold” with the same straight face as they are reporting “professional slot machine player”?

There is nothing stupider than a journalist in the entire visible universe. Nothing.

And it almost seems like it doesn’t matter if the journalist is left or right (though of course leftists have a leg up regarding stupidity).

This proposition seems true:

If you are a journalist, then you are a moron.

Everything personal apparently. He never spoke to those around him when gambling. No friends. Moved around. Bought a wife.

Arutz Sheva also carried this brief statement on 10-2-17 at 13:19: (notation in Israel is 2/10/17, day-month-year)

Report: ‘Samir al-Hajib,’ shooter from Las Vegas

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/Flash.aspx/399561

According to an unofficial report from Reshet Bet, the Las Vegas shooter’s name is Samir al-Hajib.

“He is an American who converted to Islam at the age of 30 and lives in Las Vegas.”

“but that doesn’t explain the muzzle flashes and synchronized reports coming from the 4th floor”

That was explained here on FR on a thread. It was part of the stage lights that triggered by sound that caused it. Each time the gun fired, it flashed the strobe. It was multi colored, not representative of muzzle blast.

Does anyone here actually believe ISIS’s bluster? They had nothing to do with it, they’re just trying to appear more relevant than they actually are.

The notion that this guy radicalized at age 64 while remaining a drunken, agnostic gambler who never set foot in a mosque or read a Koran is absurd.

If evidence comes back that says different, I'll change my tune but right now there's nothing linking him with ISIS except ISIS' own baseless claims.

Agreed. This "man" was simply an example of the soulless, materialistic, self-centered, hedonistic scum that 50 years of liberalism has created.

Expect more of this.

I haven't heard a report as to the ownwrship of the guns.

All I've heard was that there were a lot of guns in the room.

Which begs the question ....

Why?

How many mass murderers have twenty something guns ?

Did he expect to be able to continue shooting until he melted each barrel ?

Sounds like he was radicalized. ISIS or Anifa. Take your pick.

Seeing how very few mass shooting in the United States were religiously or politically motivated, how does it sound like he was radicalized?

I haven't seen any indication that he was radicalized.
