I think the fellow reprinted it from a cache.
It appears that after the shooting, an employee at Mandalay Bay fished the receipt out of the hotel records and posted it to his friends on his Facebook page with some commentary in Spanish.
He later deleted it but it was too late and had already been copied by people and out to reporters.
