Harvey Weinstein says he will sue the New York Times for an estimated $50 million after it published a bombshell report claiming the movie mogul subjected actresses and female staffers to decades of sexual harassment. Weinstein has hired Charles J. Harder the LA attorney who brought down Gawker after winning a $140 million verdict for Hulk Hogan after the site posted a sex tape to go after the Times, which posted its blistering expose on the Oscar-winning Hollywood mogul Thursday.

I'll bring the salt for when the Left eats each other.

I love it.
Now I know how leftists feel when they see middle American males boycotting the NFL.

So this pig has settled a number of cases, has apologized in public, and says he’s taking a leave of absence.
What is he suing for then?

He will have a hard time winning with all the settlements. The distasteful dishonest Times might be able to negate all those “confidentiality agreements” of the settlements.

If he has the Gawker case lawyer, he really should double it to $100 million.

It’s the seriousness of the charges that matter. Time to pay up for being a two face.

That part of the psychopathy of the elite Left.
Fundamentally immoral and corrupt people try to fool their own egos into believing they are just, by publicly supporting collectivist, emotive, left-wing causes.

I'm sure in 1997 Ashley Judd was attracted to Weinstein's sparkling personality and gentle humor.

In a statement Thursday to The Post through attorney Lisa Bloom, Weinstein said, I came of age in the 60s and 70s, when all the rules about behavior and workplaces were different. That was the culture then. I have since learned its not an excuse, in the office or out of it. To anyone. I realized some time ago that I needed to be a better person and my interactions with the people I work with have changed. I appreciate the way Ive behaved with colleagues in the past has caused a lot of pain, and I sincerely apologize for it. This is too good. First of all, Lisa Bloom & her scummy mother have sued thousands of men with only a whiff (and many times false) of sexual accusation. Now she is defending Weinstein.
Then he says he shouldn't be judged by today's standards, for what happened in the 60s & 70s. So he is not denying it. Isn't that exactly what the left is doing - tearing down statues because they are applying today's standards to 1700's times? Isn't Gloria Allred hunting down Bill Cosby for what he did in the 70s & 80s? Didn't the left judge Donald Trump for the Billy Bush video that happened many years ago, in a different time?
This is going to be a good one. So much hypocrisy on so many different levels.

I thought Weinstein was a poof. Maybe I confused him with Geffen or someone else.
