How has California just passed a law that trumps federal law?Because there is no law enforcement by the Justice Department in America. Session is absent of mind and intelligence. President Trump has other things on his mind so to heck with the rest of America. The first instance Brown tries his authority he should be arrested and charged with treason. Never happen. We have no law and order.
