I do believe the drunk picture and the dead picture are Paddock (even without the alleged “13”)but I need more info before I believe “pussyhat man” are all the same.

Dunno. Check out the ear lobes. In the "13" photo his earlobes merge into his neck. In the death photo,the earlobes appear to be the kind that hang down.
