Not really. It looks like the gun was kicked clear of the perp (standard procedure), during which, some shell casings were kicked as well. You can see the blood skid marks where the gun was slid away from the perp.

He was most likely standing. I’m sure the blood didn’t flow out on the carpet like that until his body was lying on the floor. Which would have been about one second after he shot himself.

That’s as plausible as anything else we’ve heard, IMO.
And it might explain why the .38 is way above his head if it is the one that killed him. The recoil would have sent it into the opposite direction.

This story will never be fully known by the general public, just like most all the other mass shootings.
One day we may find clear evidence of CIA involvement or Saudi money. We may find out how they select who will be their fall guy. Is that person then trained, indoctrinated, even brainwashed, then sent back into the community waiting for that unspoken order to act?
This goes back years. That student who killed people at the Batman premiere while he was dressed as The Joker, what really happened there? Did it have anything to do with who his father was? Everyone has stopped asking questions.
