They said he got there on 28th, but the receipt is 27th and Laura Loomer says she has evidence he was there on 25th.

I heard the report and actually heard the sheriff say the suspect was in custody yesterday afternoon.

However there was apparently no shots from the 6th floor because the curtain wall coated glazing is apparently intact. The curtain wall glazing is fixed, ie, no ventilators that open to permit jumping out or shooting.(my interpretation).

Well, they did have the suspect's body in custody.

I can maybe, MAYBE, understand a theory that says the guy was set up, and maybe, MAYBE he was supplying ISIS with weapons, and maybe, MAYBE, he was meeting two or more guys for an arms sale, and maybe, MAYBE, killed Paddock before, during, or after they perpetrated the 10 minute killing spree then got away. After all, there are still questions in my mind about how Paddock made his millions, and buying lots of real estate in several states and a daily $10,000 or more gambling habit is an easy way to launder dirty money back into clean money.

But I can't even stretch a MAYBE to a second gunman, on the 4th, 5th, or 6th floors, shooting through a ventilation slit, whose purpose was to....what? Then got clean away right under the noses of the largest concentration of police, fire, and paramedics since the last Krispy Kreme grand opening, and not one cop found the second gun or any shell casings.

Purpose? Dunno.

My guess is that his job was to distract the cops from the real (serious) shooter above. Paddock had flash suppressors. Police could hear gunfire, but it would take a while to find him (yes, there were calls from neighboring rooms, but there always are). Just guessing, but I’d say lower shooter’s job was to tie up cops for a while, then scram.

Others have said he could police his brass easily, especially if he didn’t fire long.

What’s the larger purpose? I dunno. Allow Paddock to kill more-—unless we are missing a third “piece” that didn’t materialize. Ever see the movie “The Kingdom?” There was a three-stage attack, shooters, leading people to cluster around Saudi cop who blew himself up & killed dozens, leading to medics and ambulances coming (one with a bomb that killed hundreds).

I offer this cause he had anfo bombs at his home. What if-—total speculation-—the goal was to extend the search, get the responders to the site, then a third person detonates a McVeigh type bomb.

But I don’t care to get into those what ifs, only to say that the muzzle flash in the original video (which in subsequent videos is MUCH murkier) was clear, it was a machine gun, it fired several bursts, and you could even hear it had a different sound than Paddock’s and on the tape you can hear two guns firing simultaneously. Beyond that, I don’t know.

Again, worrying about the window is somewhat meaningless if the flash can be proved to be a muzzle flash. It’s like JFK: if you can’t find one other shell casing or bullet fragment anywhere; if the audio tapes ONLY show three shots and a motorcycle backfire, all coming from TBD, then “how” the magic bullet worked becomes irrelevant. Occam’s razor. (Later, however, Gerald Posner showed the magic bullet wasn’t magic at all). But the point is, establishing whether the flash was muzzle or a “strobe” (and it has no characteristics of a strobe) is key.

We now know this: he was at the Mandalay ONE DAY before the cops said he was, cuz he ordered dinner. Laura Loomer has a “source” that says he was there on the 25th, or three days ahead of where the cops said he was.

I have looked at several interior room photos that are too small to be posted. Basically the glass is wall to wall floor to ceiling. Some rooms seem to have a concrete column like member that seems to be solid.

While it is possible for the mullions (verticals) to have a “vent” the openings are extremely small and certainly not suitable for the firing that was heard and observed.

There do not appear to be any vents in the normal sense of the term

I had several people on a Twitter thread send me stuff on these vents, including a guy who just stayed there. He admits there are vents, says they are about 1/2”. I asked if a muzzle could stick through. He said he didn’t think so. I asked if a crowbar could be used to open it another inch. He had no answer.

There is great confusion about whether windows up to about the 12th floor open out. No final answer on that yet.

Enough with the conspiracy theories. Let's stick to facts.

Paddock had flash suppressors.

You may not be a gun guy, but 99% of all new ARs come with a flash suppressor as standard equipment, so that particular fact doesn't prove a thing.

For those with little firearms knowledge, a flash suppressor is the slotted muzzle device seen on almost all of the AR15s in above photo search.

The "muzzle flashes" have already been debunked because the flashes continued long after the shooting ended, as seen in this video:

And the audio of "two guns" was also debunked by the mere fact that sound was bouncing off of the nearby high rise buildings and echoing.

The Tropicana, Excalibur, and MGM Grand are all roughly in a straight line in front of the direction Paddock was shooting, causing the delayed echoes and changes in pitch.

There was no ANFO bomb found anywhere. Paddock had ammonium nitrate in his car (quantity not disclosed, but since the Oklahoma City bombing, sale of ammonium nitrate is under strict control and limited in quantity,) but no fuel oil (diesel.)

The "explosives" found in his home was Tannerite, an aluminum oxide based low level explosive that is used as a reactionary target by recreational shooters. It can only be set off by a supersonic bullet impact. It is commonly sold at most gun stores.

Now, tell me how a guy who was an accountant for just a couple of years in the 1980s for a Lockheed subsidiary ended up owning four homes in three states, two airplanes, and a net worth of somewhere between $2 and $4 million, then I'll listen to conspiracy theories about his being a drug mule for the Cartels, or an arms dealer for ISIS, or an FBI informant running a "Fast and Furious" style sting operation that went wrong.

But please see that the 'second gunman' theory is absolute crap.

Well my friend works high up in security at Mandalay, He has not been able to say much but he DID tell us that no security guards was killed, just one injured in the shin, as the gunman shot at him down the hallway. There is more he will tell us in time, but a lot of the stories are not adding up. I live about 50 miles outside of vegas in Pahrump NV and even here its been crazy with people on edge.

Check this screen shot of a comment in response to a question asked on "trip Adviser", as to whether or not any strip hotels in Vegas have windows that open. The question was asked on March 05, 2008, 8:41 PM, and the comment was posted on March 6, 2008 11:49 PM.

You can see the response was from 2008, over 9 years before the shooting, so the person responding has no reason to lie.

OneVike, I would be much more impressed with a screen shot of this mysterious ventilation strip than a screen shot of a comment from Trip Advisor.

Some interesting trivia for you: In 2008, when your Trip Advisor screen shot was written, there were two buildings called "Mandalay Bay." The three winged building we know of from this weekend's tragedy, and a second building, built and opened in 2003 was also called "Mandalay Bay" but was later changed to the current name "Delano." Maybe that is the building with the ventilation strips.

Further, in the Mandalay building the guest rooms begin on floor 20.

There was no second shooter. Period.

Hell, I’m not convinced Paddock was even alive when the shooting started.
