I see the never Trumper’s are out in force here. This is nothing but a reiteration of what Trump said when he put DACA on hold a few months ago.
At the time he said that he was going to give the Congress 6 months to come up with a law which would take the place of Obama’s illegal executive order. Trump is only doing what he said he would do.
I not a never Trumper, I was one of his biggest supporters.
He said he would end DACA day one. He lied.
He should have ended it and that’s it. Giving it back to congress gives the RINOs the cover & opportunity to push through an amnesty bill.

This is what Trump said on 16 June 2015, when he announced his presidential campaign:
“I will immediately terminate President Obama’s illegal Executive Order on immigration - Immediately!”
He also said Trannies are out, then he gave Mattis 6 months to study how best to transition them out, so Mattis issued orders to let them re-enlist and continue medical care. Mattis also testified to Congress today that he felt we needed to keep the Iran Treaty in place, another direct contradiction to what Trump has publicly called for and campaigned on.
Someone needs to save him from himself, like they did in Alabama.
Except that trump said repeatedly during the campaign that dreamers need to go (as in be deported) because obamas exec order was illegal. To now encourage legalization thru legislation, including citizenship, is the exact opposite of what Trump campaigned on.
People smart enough to recall Trumps actual positions, rather than his current pronouncements are hardly Never Trumpers as some here have suggested. That insane and illogical reasoning belongs over at the Conservative Nuthouse where ANY criticism of trump or any of his appointees (like worthless jeff sessions) is considered treason by trolls.
