I slowed down a couple of these clips in Quicktime - it had a cyclic rate of about 600 and there was at least one burst where I just stopped counting after 60 rounds. It sounded like something .30 cal or so.
There was also either echoes or a lighter caliber weapon firing short bursts overlaying at least one of the larger gun’s bursts. Could be a second shooter, could be security forces shooting back.
Some saying....solo shooter. 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay. Smashed out his window and fired on the concert crowd below LVMPD immediately counter-attacked and put the shooter down in his room. Situation contained. There are no other suspects and there were no other shots fired, elsewhere on the Strip
The M60 also fits the rate profile heard in the videos.
