The Paris attack involved automatic rifles using magazines, for example, not a belt fed machine gun.
I'm no expert, but a Tommy Gun drum is 50 round capacity, and I'm not aware of a higher capacity commercial civilian rifle.
I couldn't really count, but I'd bet there were 2 bursts of more than 50 rounds in this attack.

There are 100, 150 and 200 round drums for the AR platform rifles and drums as high as 75 for the major 7.62 NATO rifles. Ex-Soviet rifles could have 75 or 150 round drums.
This didn’t sound like an automatic rifle and the long pauses don’t lend themselves to a drum reload either.
