That is probably just a rumor. NOT a rumor...I saw the interview with the eyewitness. It was broadcast on one of LV's local news channels.

Just checked out the hotel on the internet. They offer some very large suites but can’t access where they are located on the web page I was at.

Could be a corner suite. Still have not confirmed he had two shooting platforms, but the two windows shot out are a pretty good indication of it.
