Just breaking. A lot of repots on Twitter from people.
True Pundit reported this:
An active shooter reportedly on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay bar Hotel in Las Vegas has gunned down at least one police officer and others.
That twitter account of his you posted is seven years old but it as clean as a whistle. I am betting Twitter wiped it.
True but I doesn’t say if this happens quite a bit. Las Vegas is full of crazies. The businesses there will pay anyone to hand out cards.
Going to check out the floorplan of the hotel (if it is available on the internet.
There is a clip from a local news video (not Twitter or some such) of an interview with the eyewitness who described a male and female hispanic couple warning people before they were escorted away by security. What happened to them?
“Damn big room or rooms but I guess suites are that big.” -
Beats me.
NOT a rumor...I saw the interview with the eyewitness. It was broadcast on one of LV's local news channels.
Odd shot out windows are at different view points ... 90 degrees
Any chance the shooter converted?
Just checked out the hotel on the internet. They offer some very large suites but can’t access where they are located on the web page I was at.
Could be a corner suite. Still have not confirmed he had two shooting platforms, but the two windows shot out are a pretty good indication of it.
Shown windows shot out indicate a corner room
I can’t find it on Reuters.
Here’s the broken windows, for reference:

Some of the suites are over 1000 sq ft.

Good thinking. Me and some others said M-60 based on the sound from some tapes. I haven’t seen the calibers used yet.
Thanks for the link.
