This is why I continue to be skeptical of the Norks ability to fight a war: no training time, no operational experience, no officer corps or NCOs with combat experience, dubious investment in maintenance and readiness, thin to nonexistent logistic trains. Much has been said about all the artillery they have pointed at Seoul.

I'd be curious as to how well maintained their artillery is, how old their ammo is, and how well it's been stored after all these years.
