As ratings collapse, stadiums echo with boos, and lifelong fans burn merchandise, it appears as though a brand new set of talking points went out to the sports world, a talking point that is a bald-faced, provable lie.
As the backlash grows against these spoiled millionaires, we are now being told by their defenders that the NFL protests are “not about disrespecting” America and the flag.

I’m not sure we should make this about the flag as much as dialogue. … They’re not disrespecting the flag.

The issue is, what exactly are they kneeling about in the first place? This whole thing goes back to Ferguson and the whole “hands up, don’t shoot” fabrication. These people are propagandizing as many American people as they can into believing the narrative that cops are deliberately and indiscriminately shooting down innocent young black men all over the country, which is utter nonsense.
This weekend dramatically exposed the NFL’s support for BLM and to show they’re not going to stand for a flag that represented such injustice. Make it be known the NFL supports cop killers of BLM and the violent thugs of ANTIFA who are also connected to BLM.
This would be like the NFL in the 60s/70s supporting black panthers or weather underground or something like that.
The NFL is now supporting or in unity with two groups who are just as violent and radical.

There is no dialogue. What it is is a spit in the face of all of the fans who have made it clear that they will not tolerate disrespect of their flag, anthem, and country.
Marketing 101: Know your customer. If you piss off your customer, you will not have one. Then who is going to pay your million dollar salaries? Who is going to lose? Not the customer (all those old white guys). The ones losing are the players, owners, announcers, and sponsors. We keep our money.
As far as I know, the only color fans see on the field are the colors of the jerseys.

I’m not burning my Redskins paraphernalia. I’m giving it all, hats, jerseys, t shirts, all of it, to the Salvation Army. And I have a ton of it. My wife and I were married for 30 years and every gift giving event included at least one redskins themed item. Every time she couldn’t think of what to give me I got a new redskins hat or shirt or socks. I’m cleaning it all out this weekend. I’m gone and I’m not coming back.
