actually the way to fix the lower court is by having judges removed if there decisions are reversed to many times by the supreme court. the idea being to stop lower courts from making decisions with the idea of changing the law to suit there political needs.

That does sound reasoned.
That’s an approach I support and have preached for a long time.
The problem is SCOTUS and often the circuit courts are the ones spewing the new and crazy unconstrained rulings, not so much the district courts.
Three strikes and they are out.
