Yes but I believe this was very calculated to fire up his supporters while he is dealing on DACA and Barkycare with Schumer and Pelosi. Could be a version of Barky’s Look Squirrels con game to take people’ attention from what is happening. Anyone who thinks Pres. Trump is not bright doesn’t have a clue but anyone who thinks he is at heart a FR conservative could be in for a surprise.
