President Trump has flirted with many culture wars before. This weekend, he may have set off a full-fledged one with lasting implications. On Friday night, Trump said NFL players who kneel during the national anthem should be fired. Then Saturday, he disinvited the Golden State Warriors, the NBA champions, from a White House visit because superstar Stephen Curry suggested that the team should skip it in protest of Trump.
All of this comes shortly after the White House suggested that ESPN host Jemele Hill should be fired for calling Trump a “white supremacist.” All three events pit Trump against black sports figures whose political statements he believes are out of bounds or unpatriotic. And the entire situation seems to be reaching a tipping point.

The funny thing is POTUS really isn’t at a full-scale war with the NFL. I mean, he just made some comments and moved on. It’s not like he’s on a campaign against them or trying to enact a policy to hurt the NFL. POTUS just pointing out what most Americans think.
The reaction is typical. Most black males in the NFL were raised by promiscuous females and no daddies around, making them immature, over sexual, impulsive, and attention seeking...very effeminate behavior due to lack of a man being around during their formative years. This attention seeking and acting out is just their normal behavior.
The NFL and it’s players are the ones who are at full scale war not the other way around.
President Trump declared today Gold Star Mother’s and Family’s Day.
This is him setting the optic of the NFL having a take a knee day and protest day, on a day he proclaimed to be for mothers and families..
Not an accident.
And the media is forced to advertise the pre game NFL festivals thinking Trump is losing.
Nope. They are being forced to play his game. and he’s using their own rules.

Do these spoiled brats ever kneel in memory of the kids killed by gang bangers in Chicago or Baltimore? A heck of lot of deaths happen that way, than from the police trying responding to calls for help from the community.

According to the message I get trying to tune into a game today, NFL has blocked its games from mobile devices. NFL is a selfish business enterprise, not a fan-oriented sport. At least I can listen to college football on my iphone on Saturdays, and spend Sundays listening to music.

It’s a win-win for Trump. The losers who spit on our national anthem and those who support them were never going to support Trump under any circumstances. On the other hand, Trump looks to solidify support among people already backing him as well as winning over some Democrats who are fed up with the anti-American hate that the Democrat Party is supporting.
That is EXACTLY what I was going to type.

The NFL, Disney, WAPO are pivoting, blaming Trump for the disregard & contempt they facilitate against the Military and the Country.
Perhaps that SHOULD be the contest, in a way.
As noble as the NFL pretends to be, they are simply a manifestation of entertainment dollars spent by Americans. And there is no shortage of activities which will compete for those dollars.
Maybe we are witnessing the evolution of football into a more linear and team-oriented form of pro wrestling. Good guys. Bad guys. Silly shows of arrogance and feel-good victories of it. Or over it.
Along those lines, I suggest we change the definition NFC/AFC to be these:
Nationalist Football Conference
Antifa Football Conference
Choose sides.
Let's play ball.
What we have here is virtue-signalling overpaid journalist celebrities defending virtue-signalling overpaid athletic celebrities with virtue-signalling overpaid entertainment and political celebrities cheering them on. Got better things to do, myself. Not a dime, not a down.
At this point, I think I’ll just assume anyone feeding the beast by going to these games, watching them on TV, or wearing their apparel, also supports them and hates this country just like they do.
President Trump isn't wrong, or at fault; the hate filled, anti-American, black-racist, ONLY black lives matter, PC pink, anti-traditional American values, National Felon League is. The NFL DESPISES America, those who defend and protect our freedoms, and its own fan base!
