She knocks ‘em dead just by showing up and being herself.
Good old black and white houndstooth. I remember my days of managing creative and production of apparel catalogs, struggling to get the moiré pattern out of that stuff, lol. The art directors and stylists loved it back in the 90’s. It did look good on the right sort of model, and Melania is the right sort to wear it. But what a pain in the rear to print. Now, with FM screening or stochastic screening, there’s not too much of an issue, since the dot frequency in four color separations is irregular. But back then, hoo-whee.
Another thing that was big at the same time as that houndstooth was the classic pink bouclé Chanel suit, vaguely Jackie-O-ish but she never wore anything quite like that. Melania could rock it, and I’m expecting to see her in one any time now. It’s that 20 year trend cycle, what was hot in the mid-late 90’s is going to be hot again, with some variations.
Just take a look at the roster of liberal democratic progressive women and you will see why they all hate her so. she is stunning!
Moochie was a dump of a dresser.
But she thought she looked fabulous and that is why it is so funny.

I especially like that she speaks several languages, not sure if it’s 4,5 or 6? I loved taking French class in high school and college. Tried (with little success) to teach myself German 9 years ago before taking a trip to Germany. If she speaks German, wow, good for her. I would rather add Spanish and Italian to my list.
People who live where she came from frequently know at least two or three languages.
If our states each had different languages, we’d know a lot more two. I think that’s a fairly good comparison.
Their nations are much smaller and they are exposed to a lot more languages.
I’m trying to learn Spanish. I’m getting better, but I’ve still got a long long way to go.
