Mchelle Obama said in a speech Thursday that the White House is currently being led by fear, comparing President Trump's administration with her husband and former President Obama's administration.

The former first lady said at a tech conference in Utah that her husband's presidency was built on hope, while Trump's is being led fear, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.
