The Emmys are a Hollywood bubble show," Media Research Center vice president Dan Gainor told Fox News. "Actors and directors get to pretend they are important because they are doing such insightful takes on life in America, when they have zero idea what life in America is for the other 330 million people."
Hollywood wont walk away from politics. The left wants to force politics into every single aspect of our lives -- from sports to movies to the food we eat. They wont be satisfied until we are all appropriately woke to their struggles du jour, Gainor told Fox News.
The Emmys celebrate shows that almost no one either watches or cares about," he said. "No ordinary Americans care about The Handmaids Tale. No ordinary Americans watch Veep.

I watch soccer with my son when Jerusalem Beitar is playing. No charge. The last movie I saw was Dunkirk in Cinema City. 40 shekels, but well worth it. Netflix’ Daredevil was worthy of Frank Miller, same dark atmosphere and dialogue around the issue of justice. But that’s a series, and it’s free. But you’re getting sidetracked. There will be other and better internet services, and television cannot compete with them. What difference does it make if the present options aren’t to your liking.
The devil made them do it.
You’re completely right, and people who want liberal propaganda can get it on demand, so they don’t need to sit through a three-hour show to get it.
What did she say?
What were her words?
It’s a matter of opinion...I think it’s the stupidest thing on TV.
I’ve never seen a more narcissistic group of people in my life.
How many awards shows do these worthless actors have now?
I’m sure they think it isn’t enough.
You look at groups that this nation actually couldn’t get along without, and are dumbfounded at the difference in respect, recognition they get.
How about fathers and mothers?
Where’s that awards show?
I don’t even PVR anything anymore except FNC. Otherwise all streaming.
Totally agree. There must be several dozen awards. Some actors wind up winning 10+ awards for one performance. And there is so much campaigning.
Agreed that a fathers and mothers are far more worthy of award recognition that these actors.
I’ve watched Gotham since the beginning. It’s really taken lots of twists and turns. After 3 or 4 seasons or so now Bruce Wayne still hasn’t become Batman. The girl that will become Catwoman is cute as heck. The casting done for this show was awesome, IMO
I read they are switching days for the new season and I’m not sure what day it’s going to yet.
Her eyes are absolutely amazing and I’m sure that had a lot to do with her getting the part.
You are much farther than I am so don’t say anything, but I keep wondering if we will meet junior Joker at some point.
Already did meet jr Joker, that’s all I’ll say for now.
If you listed out the one-hundred-odd shows from all the three networks...I’d say that fewer than five are worth watching. Now, if you count in Cable, Netflix and the USA network...I might add another five.
The quality simply isn’t there. I sat there a month ago and watched two episodes of Sanford and Son, it hasn’t been on the air since 1977. It was entertaining and better quality than most all offered in the past year. There’s a problem brewing...in that the younger generation realizes the poor quality and are drifting more toward Netflix and their method of producing TV shows.
Hollywood is filled with millionaires with low self-esteem.
That low self-esteem manifests itself in peacocking and the constant need to try and convince others how smart they are....nobodys’ buying it anymore.
