I saw her point. She lived the American dream. She married young and it turned out she married well.
Her education was community college. Obviously her climb was was with a wooden spoon and not a silver one.
Her mistake was the despicable Pocahantus lie that helped guarantee her eligibility to get into Harvard of all places.
That she is now a Marxist squared is inexplicable.
* Getting into a PA College via claiming her "heritage".
* Then @ Haaaavad, she used her office without a law license to practice law on top of her $350k salary, big no no to use your office on campus for business.
If deep opposition research is done and even sent out via the Conservative media, I can't see how she isn't toast.
“Obviously her climb was was with a wooden spoon and not a silver one.”
Spoon made by her indian grandparents, I’m sure.
And then she claims it's not possible to do that in America.
I agree with her point, too.
I think the important point is this: The opportunities for education and/or advancement in society are NOT as available as they were when she was young. Today’s youth are suckered into paying exorbitant prices for worthless degrees. It is VERY difficult for a smart kid to find a decent job without one of those worthless degrees. It is VERY difficult for ANYONE to start a business with all the red tape, taxes, regulations, paperwork, and protections in place that favor crony businesses. Plus we have the competition of illegal aliens undercutting us on price because they get paid on the black market and don’t have to abide by the rules.
Challenging her wealth was not a winning move. I have NO PROBLEM with her wealth. What I have a problem with is how she got it. She got it by lying and by manipulating the system.
The only thing I find admirable about her lying to take advantage of Affirmative Action is that I despise AA and think it should be abolished, so at least she “leveled the playing field” a little for a non-favored group (white). But she is now part of the laughably expensive eduction business which all but extorts money from the parents of the students and uses taxpayer money to subsidize favored groups.
