A Christian numerologist claims that the world will end next Saturday when a planet will, supposedly, collide with Earth.
According to Christian numerologist David Meade, verses in Luke 21:25 to 26 are the sign that recent events, such as the recent solar eclipse and Hurricane Harvey, are signs of the apocalypse.
The verses read:
25: There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'
"'26: Mens hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.'
Sept. 23 is a date that was pinpointed using codes from the Bible, as well as a "date marker" in the pyramids of Giza in Egypt.
Meade's views are not endorsed by Roman Catholic, Protestant or eastern Orthodox branches of Christianity.

This comes up every so often.....total BS....no one knows when he will return!!!!
62 was great
NO one knows the time except God...even Jesus does not know.
Jesus in his time as a man here on earth didn’t. That may be different now.
Or not. Tracking is hard to do accurately when a storm is early in formation
They are given out before the season starts ....early in the calendar year
This is how cults start. The 7th Day Adventists grew out of the faulty date-setting eschatology of the 19th century Millerites.
Well, given the nature of the “Great Sign” they do go rather hand in hand. Weird coincidence. Some attach significance to it.
The problem with the internet is that the nut jobs can get on and get their daily hit of attention.
Three big signs of the end times. The anti-christ gains complete control of the world governments-at least the known world at Johns time.
There will be a few years of complete peace which will convince a lot that he is the messiah.
And everyone will be forced to take a number and if you have no number you can not buy or sell or work without it.
There are many other signs, like everyone against everyone, wars and rumors of wars, etc.
LOL.
Now that’s funny right there, I don’t care who you are!
Matthew 24:36
“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

It is also repeated in Mark.
That clears that miss information up.
And what kind of special planet is it that can fly through space undetected on a collision course with Earth?
It’s a thought of possibility, not anything one can be certain enough to bet anything on of course. The day will most probably come and go like any other but that does not dispute the fact a sign will appear in the heavens that happens to match up with verses in Rev. Anyhow, blessed are those who long for his appearing regardless :)
The Parable of the Ten Virgins (Matthew 25:1-13)
_
1 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3 The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4 The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
6 “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’
7 “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’
9 “’No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’
10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.
11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’
12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
13 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

Don’t take the world serious...
>>I will come like a thief in the night<<
Of course, you know that term was a well-known Hebraism, a figure of speech related to the temple guard and the high priest. In fact, it was Christ colloquial way of telling his listeners to be watching and alert, not apathetic and dismissive.
You seem to be urging the opposite.
Nope, they just ran out of rock.
That parable may give credence to a partial rapture.
