I don’t follow Bastardi. What little I saw, looked like he was hedging his predictions with three crudely drawn lines east, west and down the middle. What’s not correct with that spread?
Radio Station in Dominica says that their Prime Minister’s house lost its roof and flooding inside.
That was sort of my take...yet people have said he is an excellent forecaster...perhaps the best.
Guess like everything else, everyone has a bad call from time to time.
