Just saying.
You may be right that she has Parkinson's.
But having cared for Parkinson's patients myself, I don't think she is in an "advanced" stage. I don't see the pronounced tremor and that absolutely mask-like face that I associate with advanced disease. Hillary is able to change her expression, even if all of her "faces" are unpleasant
That said, of course she could be heavily medicated, and maybe the medication still controls her symptoms.
