Between this, and the self-inflicted wound that’s been the high turnover in the Administration, the answer is: only people who have nothing to lose are taking jobs where you serve at the pleasure of the President and directly implement his policies — not only do you have to have money or an iron-clad pension, you also have to not care if you have a high profile clients or employment with others again. Scaramucci won’t starve, but he’s going to be in the wilderness for a LONG time. Priebus and Bannon have got to be kicking themselves they ever gave working for Trump a shot. Every Assistant Secretary of X everywhere is looking over his shoulder, to say the least of White House staff member.

And it’s not like it’s that people are socially or professional embarrassed to take a Trump appointment. People are still falling all over themselves to get jobs that are insulated from direction by Trump and aren’t subject to be fired by Trump (indendent agency board seats, judgeships, etc.)

This grinding down of Trump associates is all part of the punishment for beating Hillary. Besides, the Dems will benefit from all of this “free” oppo research for Trump’s reelection campaign in 2020.

SOP for the left to destroy the Conservatives and those that are philosophically opposed by using the left leaning liberal Democrat justice system. There should be a negative response to the legal system for being politically used but there isn’t because it would involve using the same dishonest legal system. A gun is more unbiased.

“Sue Mueller personally for collusion to impoverish.”

It’s probable that this miserable bastard has some sort of immunity from prosecution deal as part of being appointed a Special Prosecutor.

Thanks, Sessions. It’s only lives/families that are being ruined. No need for you to cut back on your Cheshire Cat grin as you run around with your bbf, Rosenstein, having the time of your lives.

The same issue. I’d be in favor of limiting the government lawyers to the same resources available to the opponent. Or the gov’t can fund their opponent at the level available to the gov’t.

The problem is the gov’t having unlimited resources. If you or I were to go up against that, there’s little doubt who the loser would be.

Right now I think they are still focused on getting even with Trump for ruining the sweet gig they had going.

Sessions is not responsible for the special counsel.

Actually he is. He is captain of that ship and cannot recuse himself out of responsibility for it.

There need to be a special investigation of mueller. If a law to do this needs to be passed, then pass the law and get on with it. At the same time they need to stretch out the investigation with delay tactics. If those include extended vacations to Carribean islands , so be it.

Question: why hire a lawyer?

Just tell Mueller and his hacks to go to hell, and say nothing.

How exactly will a lawyer help keep Mueller and his dogs away from you if they want to attack you?

So, shut it down, Mr. Trump. Don’t populate the cash accounts of pimp liberal lawyers who actually ARE the russkie pimps for hitlery. Fairly evident to a cognizant or even diffident observer. Shut it down-— for the economy’s sake. It serves no purpose except the “ruling class” and their media stooges. Shut them down, and shut them up. Nothing there, anywhere.

And the world will go on.

“requirement for the special investigation to give investigated US citizens sufficient matching resources used against”

Could create scams. All parties arrange an investigation of someone. Lawyer is hired for the defendant. No wrongdoing found as planned. Lawyer gets a chunk of money which was the objective of the scam.
