No more “hare-”brained than a lot of other socialist schemes.

I’m surprised it took so long for the “Roger & Me” reference.

That would actually work....
Where are they going to get the feed from though?

I believe it is called a "Sabbatical" (an extended leave to learn/ apply in a modern life)
An opportunity to practice what they preach, and to learn, firsthand, the errors of their ways.

You know, of all the critters we eat, I REALLY dislike rabbit and squirrel. I hate hunting for them, I hate butchering them, I hate cooking them, I hate eating them. I would have to be near-death starving to eat them. And I am NOT a picky eater by any stretch.
So, if it comes down to it, I’ll just eat what THEY eat from the wild and skip the Middle Man! ;)

My guess is that by breeding more rabbits that they will wind up increasing the red-tailed hawk population.

Evidently, they don't know, that a steady diet if rabbit meat, isn't good for you.

You really need to know from where your wildlife meat comes; deer and elk can carry 'wasting disease', as do other wildlife species which can be vectors of disease.
About 4 years ago, I was to attend a "Trappers Convention" where woodchuck stew was going to be served at the camp out.
I did not partake of the stew, and learned later that approximately 40 people came down ill from the stew.
It seems woodchucks can carry some type of disease which can be transmitted to humans.
If you partake of wildlife, you had best be aware of which diseases are prevalent in that specific species, in the area of harvest.
Another lesson where the local "Outdoorsman" can be your best prepper friend.

Wouldn’t it just be more effective if Maduro forgot about the rabbits and just banned hunger? Maduro is a socialist dictator so I’m surprised he hasn’t already issued that decree.

I've got the best guy in the world by my side. *HEART* He doesn't shoot squirrel, but he does bring back a rabbit from time to time to keep our Beagle on his toes. ;) We mainly eat bear, venison and home-grown pork and beef.

Maduro is such a dumb f*** economically that now he want people to breed and eat rabbits to make up for his catastrophic governmental failings.
The collapse continues . . .
