MANCHESTER, N.H. New Hampshire, the state that helps kick off presidential elections, is now at the center of a partisan battle over voter fraud, and the debate is set to heat up Tuesday.
The Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, created earlier this year by President Donald Trump, convenes for just the second time Tuesday in Manchester, hosted by New Hampshire Secretary of State Bill Gardner.
The session comes less than a week after commission co-chairman and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach charged in a column on conservative news site Breitbart that voter fraud in the Granite State may account for Democrat Maggie Hassans extremely narrow Senate victory last November over incumbent Republican Kelly Ayotte.

If anyone had any doubt whatsoever of why democrats don’t want voter ID: Here’s your sign.
Because nothing has been proven, and because many of those out of state voters were students. Nobody has checked how many and probably never will.
But it’s not established fact—yet—that all those votes were illegal.
Or she could have won because typical R voters were sick and tired of Ayotte voting like a Dem? Figured they’d go for the real thing?
And even if the number of fraudulent voters turns out to be greater than the margin of victory for the Democrat, you can’t prove anything by that, because we have the secret ballot in our elections.
We can informally assume that all these voters preferred the Democrat Senate candidate, and also Hillary, who carried NH by a tiny margin. But how can you prove their votes were actually cast for the Democrats? I don’t think you can.
No there’s no proof yet but over 5,000 apparently showed driver’s licenses to vote yet never changed their license to NH. I don’t have the article in front of me but an insignificant number were students, and subtracted before the 5k number.
There won’t be proof if this gets buried, need to find out who those voters were and possibly prosecuted for fraud.
It’s irrelevant who the votes went to. The only relevant point is whether those 5,000+ votes were legal votes or not. It would be easy to find out, but I doubt it will happen.
Same thing with Durham NC and Dem fraud electing the current Dem Governor.

Article I Section 5, “Each House shall be the judge of the elections, returns and qualifications of its own members . . . and may . . . with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.”
Of course, as BobL points out, it will never happen. Pubbies are too frightened to press for expulsion, and rats never hold their fellow criminals accountable.
Can someone summarize what the new turn is, what is being done? This is very important.
Yes, for a start. If some of the fraudulent voters would turn on the organizers of the effort, then things could truly get moving.
IIRC, Project Veritas exposed several similar operations prior to the election before they could be brought to fruition.
Anyone else noticing a more exposed by the day pattern?
Until now... Look this Commission by PDJT might have no authority, but it is going to make it's presence known and at least R states where this is happening such as NH, you can believe things will happen like the legislation Sunnunu signed already to stop this "domicle" nonsense. This full court press in the media is putting the Massholes doing this crap on notice, don't try this in 18', or again in 2020.
Don't worry IMHO this Steam Powered train just left off the brakes, and is starting to make it's 1st chug-chug wheel spin down the tracks...
...”If anyone had any doubt whatsoever of why democrats dont want voter ID: Heres your sign.”...
but, do want open borders.
No laws last November were broken...
This is full on Kabuki Theater by the Uni-party. Both the Repbulicant and Demonrat parties in NH full well know the legalized fraud that has been going for years in NH.
Claim domicile rights, sign the affidavit, then send the required letter in to the SoS saying your changed your mind, claim domicile rights and did not vote back home or claim you just wanted to vote in NH... all good
That is why Kelly McCain aka Kelly Ayotte and Guinta have been quiet.. no NH State Laws have been broken.. so nothing to bark about and she lost by a wide margin as did Guinta.
The only party that votes as a block in NH is the Demoncrats... they registrar as independents, then vote in the NH Republicant primaries to ensure the least conservative candidate survives the primary and this is fully blessed by the NH Republicant Party
There were some tweeks after the November 2016 elections, but not much.. you can still claim domicile rights to vote.
To all the Freepers that think the law was broken... it was not, so save your Rage for some other subject... this fully legalized FRAUD, endorsed by both parties of the Uniparty.
Many if those students probably filed for residency if they wanted in-state tuition. And NH law requires getting an NH driver’s license within 60 of establishing residency. If some if these voters were students from out if state, I wonder how many elections they voted in? It should be easy enough to find out who these voters were, if they were real people. If anyone in charge really wants to that is.
We do nothing about it because we are the “good guys” or some crap. We look like schleps.
I’ll start looking into laws tomorrow to see if there’s not a
way to demand a recount or re-election.

If voter fraud by out-of-state Democrats swayed
New Hampshire elections, implications are huge
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3584286/posts
It Appears That Out-of-State Voters Changed the
Outcome of the New Hampshire U.S. Senate Race
In State Tuition requires 12 months proven residency in NH
the 60 days to get a DL is new.. was not required last fall
Again the only ones getting busted are the ones that voted in 2 states... 169 or so people, the rest of the 5000+ did it legally in NH at the time of the election last fall
Residency is the key word... claim you are domiciled in NH on the day you vote......you can still vote
