Eric Chase, 19, Bolling's only child, died on Friday night, journalist Yashar Ali reported on Saturday.
'Very sad news, Eric Bolling’s son, who was only 19, died last night,' Ali, a contributor to New York magazine and Huffington Post, tweeted.
'By all accounts, Eric was incredibly devoted to his son. Heartbreaking.'

Suspended Fox News host Eric Bolling’s first public accuser is a major left-wing activist who held a protest sign at President Trump’s inauguration accusing the president of being a rapist.
Caroline Heldman, an Occidental College professor who appeared on Fox News, reportedly “filed a sexual harassment complaint just hours before Fox News announced O’Reilly’s departure,” according to People magazine.
Now, she is back to accuse Eric Bolling, a major Trump supporter at the network. Here is Philly.com’s report:
Hours after Fox News announced it was suspending Bolling, Caroline Heldman, a politics professor at Occidental College and frequent guest on the network from 2008 to 2011, claimed the Fox News host made an unspecified number of unsolicited sexual advances to her.
“[Bolling] said he wanted to fly me out to New York for in-studio hits and to have ‘fun.’ He asked me to have meals with him on several occasions, but I found excuses not to go,” Heldman wrote in a lengthy Facebook post. “Once, he took me up to his office in New York, showed me his baseball jerseys, and in the brief time I was there, let me know that his office was his favorite place to have sex.”
Bolling’s team is denying the accusations. Heldman’s social media profiles show her to be a staunch left-wing feminist activist.

Oh please. Pervert sent penis pictures to a bunch of his fellow reporters. It is pure speculation that his son killed because of that. Depression and drug related deaths far outnumber dying due to family embarassment.
Huffington Post reported that the messages were sent several years ago on separate occasions.

We actually know that his dad even did anything. In liberal Boulder I would bet it has more to do with his father being conservative. That being said you are correct we have no idea what happened.

Thanks - I did leave that out. Sadly though, the media act as if it’s proven fact, which probably didn’t help his son’s state of mind. When you hear/read news like this of a parent, I imagine allegedly doesn’t stick in your mind.

Perhaps the sin is Bolling being accused of something that he didn’t do and the difficulty in defending his dad to people who already convicted him.

Maybe so. Perhaps we'll find out...or we never will. I'll concede that point. If they images came from his phone, then they came from his phone. How do you send images from someone else's phone? Can it be done unless you steal the phone or the owner lets it out of his/her possession?
