...typically, hurricanes pick up wind speed when entire storm is over warm, open waters...it doesn’t in the span between Cuber and Florida without some parts over land...no moisture gained over land, and storm slows...possibly 5mph more and a couple times ‘s on pressure, but i don’t see much change unless it gets in open waters of gulf.
