I know rape is a crime of violence, not of desire, but in this case I’d think that a man threatening violence on another man would go straight to the death threat.
Rape is a sexual crime. If the person just wants to get off on power, they’ll threaten blows, death, not rape.
If you’re inflicting emotional pain, a threat of rape will do it regardless of gender.
