Certainly wouldn’t call a “4th great-nephew” any kind of “descendant” to be claiming. Like a monkey’s uncle. And all for publicity to nay say a Mexican War hero, and Commandant of West Point, whose battlefield tactics and maneuvers are still studied there for our young officer corps.
