He said county evacuation zones A and B would be the target of the order, but that future orders may broaden the evacuation target.

I understand that Miami has some of the worst criminals on earth in it. If Miami is badly damaged then they will permanently scatter out to other places and bring a lot of serious crime and liberal polices with them to other nice places in America.
