this is the second time the NHC center has mentioned it..
That may be the only hope...I really thought this nightmare can’t be happening but models very consistent

This latest forecast from NHC is EXTREMELY scary. Why? Because the storm track takes it directly over the Miami, FL metro area. And that means potentially catastrophic damage to the extremely vulnerable coastline of Miami Beach itself, with the potentially for massive damage from high winds, heavy rains and storm surge. In short, if South Beach suffers very heavy damage the economic hit to the Miami area could last for a decade or more as the Miami Beach area is slowly rebuilt--if at all.
