Put the blame on the Chief of Police, the Mayor, the city council and the county/state AG for not enforcing the law.
Sue, arrest and fire those who control the cops.
Then if the governor doesn’t respond go after he/she/it and the state AG!
It is past time to also blame every street cop that stands down based on such orders.
When a cop sees his job as more important than stopping the potential murder of innocents when he has the ability to do so, then he assumes responsibility for the violence against these innocents.
