Why do the city PDs anywhere allow Antifas to mask their faces?
No ski masks, hoodies, or niqabs allowed in banks, so where’s the city ordinance requiring demonstrators to march bare faced or be arrested?

Depends on state law. Here in FL it is illegal to have a mask on,and if you are committing a crime as these NAZI brown shirts were then the charge is bumped up. For instance do battery it is a misdemeanor , commit battery with a mask on and the charge is not a 3rd degree felony which is up to 5 years prison, and so on and so on.
