The last time I checked in on the Marist poll of Trump’s popularity it was a poll about 1000 ADULTS. If you want an accurate poll of the voting public that decides elections then you have to poll LIKELY VOTERS.

Polls of adults always favor Dems over the GOP compared to likely voters.

I have no idea what Marist uses for D/R/I but it is not likely to favor Trump.

That is, I don't think the poll results are bad for the Democrats. I think that they are devastating for the Democrats.

n Wednesday, they announced they had found a majority of Americans were disappointed with the president’s responsive to the violence in Charlottesville...They even asked about approval of Antifa, but few had heard of them yet: Five percent approved, 24 percent disapproved, 18 percent said they had no opinion either way, and 53 percent were unsure.

So 53 percent had no opinion on antifa. That leads directly to opinion against Trump's response. Duh.

While the mainstream media may try to hide this I have been sharing it all over social media specifically that 62% of people do not want the statues removed including 44% of democrats.

I also believe that the democrat politicians will see this poll and realize it is a losing issue and half of thier constituents disagree, it will lose momentum quickly in the media further agitating the antifa crowd to get even more vile and violent.
