Starbucks, are you driving yourself into bankruptcy? Your CEO needs to be fired..if I had Starbucks stock I would sell it...
Schultz is just a Leftist who happens to be the CEO of Starbucks. The fact that he is CEO does not mean he has intelligence beyond his immediate job, nor does it mean his opinion on anything has any more meaning than some homeless person on the street.
But he really loves his ccustomers. Why he even hires special people to put sh*t and spit in their coffee to help knock the edge off its burnt taste.
If there was on tenth as much actual racism as these useful idiots believe there is I might be concerned. As I see it, the only actual racism is POC against white.
Someone should remind them of the old adage, “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander....”
Anyone giving business to Starbucks is an anti-American or mindless fool.
He needs to re-parse that and amend his statement, because it does not deduce well.
I’d boycott Starcucks but I haven’t patronized them in many years.
America runs on Dunkin.
Howard Schultz has a bad case of white guilt any one who buys from Starbucks supports him and has the same problem.
Does anyone but liberals in pajamas and self important pretentious nobs still buy star*ucks? How could a rational person with the tiniest inclination to Conservatism possibly fund these socialists by buying crappy overpriced coffee and beverages from them? It’s like giving the guy a match to burn your flag with.
I always find it interesting that when a story about Starbucks gets posted there’s a line of folks ragging on the quality of their coffee. My wife and I have been purchasers of Starbucks coffee (both at their stores, and for home brewing) for more than 20 years. In all that time no guest has ever complained to me that my coffee tastes anything other than delicious.
Five years ago we moved from NYS to MA, and in that time the only decent cup of coffee I’ve had was either made by me or Starbucks. I joke that I could take over this state with a decent bagel, Kaiser roll, and cup of coffee. (I’m sorry, but if you think Dunkin’ Donuts is gourmet coffee there is no hope for you.) The point is: we are brand loyal up to a point.
As stories like this accumulate, I have to wonder if we are approaching the point where their politics is so noxious we have no choice but to vocally withdraw our business. I usually try to avoid boycotts. This is just my personal opinion, but I’d run out of products if I boycotted every one that offended me in some way. Take movies and TV. For the sake of discussion, let’s say that industry is 95% Liberal, and quite idiotic in their political utterances.
Leonardo DiCaprio (as just one example) is a political moron. But he happens to be a good actor who has had a string of great films. I choose to ignore his utterances, and try to enjoy his work (at less than retail price if possible). I love movies, and I’m not going to give them up because actors are often obnoxious idiots.
To conclude, I guess the point is I am determined to not be permanently aggrieved like the Left. I do have a point beyond which I won’t go, and I’ll be watching Starbucks to see if they are really determined to poison relations with long-time customers.
