Antifa is short for anti-fascists. It was one of the groups confronting white supremacist protesters in

The article you linked looks like someone had a personal vendetta against that artist. It does not seem connected to the rise of violent leftists.
The report is pretty thin. How about revealing where their funding comes from, for example.
(Antifa got its start in 1930s Germany as a rival to the Nazis, competing for the same followers, using the same tactics.)
So, when the violent behavior of Antifa finally turns enough people against it, the Democrats will drop that group and find another violent group to carry its banner. Just like the Democrats have done in the past with the violent Nazis (yes, some prominent Democrats supported them and wanted to ally with them) and the violent KKK.
Great. Thanks for having the fortitude to stand up for your rights at the art fair.
Hopefully the “art fair” is monitored by the “People’s Art Review Board.” Art created by white-privileged artists can be so upsetting. Thank Gaia for Antifa!

The MO of the ANTIFA.
Both entities originate from the Socialist Party.
Such as George Soros.
Amen. Second it.

No wonder the Dems have been been given these thugs the kid gloves treatment.
I would not be surprised if in the future a legit gun owners may put their guns to good use.
Yes, isn’t that a handy distinction.
You are the one mockingly referring to brutal attacks on artists.
When the day comes that you or any of us find ourselves under attack by club, knife or gun, because of what color we are and/or what values we hold, do you think it will matter a damn what banner the attacker believes he represents?
Go enjoy your little art fair, with all the “ex”-Dems like yourself, and pretend only your world exists. You’ll find out otherwise soon enough.

What the heck is one of these?

In a way, this is like the narrative surrounding rape. Victim advocacy groups insist that the victim should never be held accountable for circumstances that led to rape. While it is true that rape victims should not be blamed, because it really is the rapist at fault, women should be cognizant of the fact that being in certain situations makes them more likely to become victims. One does not place oneself into those situations.
And you are correct about the art fair. The last time I went to this art fair, I ended up buying a painting from an overweight middle-aged white man. We hung the painting in the basement. Every day, when I go down into the basement, I am triggered by that painting. Triggered to think calm, peaceful thoughts. I'm highly concerned that that artist will show up at the art fair again, and I will fall in love with another of his paintings.
Battle buddy on the roof top with suppressed .22 LR ;)
Please explain in what way I was mocking.
I thought I was pointing out that Antifa is attacking gatherings of peaceful protestors, and they haven't attacked other gatherings of people (like the vendors and attendees of the art fair). Essentially, I stated that I choose to stay away from venues that I know Antifa likes to target. How is that mocking?
You wouldn’t really expect CNN to let their people dig very deep, now would you? No, just giving it 10 minutes of their attention is fine. It will be the last we hear of Antifa on CNN.
ANTIFA.
This is little more then a copy of ISIS for the libs.
Look at the comparisons:
Destroy history because it doesn’t agree with their thinking.
Physically attack anyone that disagrees with them.
Hide behind masks to appear more intimidating.
These are less then thugs trying to become a force and the pansies of this country are allowing it.
Well said.
