Mona Charen is a National Review Never-Trumper

On May 23, 2016, she called Mr. Trump an “authoritarian ignoramus”

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/435743/donald-trump-hillary-clinton-never-trump-people

It is sad watching her and the NR crowd pathetically struggling to be relevant during the Trump Era. Their pride will not let them admit they were wrong. They refuse to admit that the economy is doing pretty well, that Trump has put a conservative on the Supreme Court, that ISIS in Syria has mostly been destroyed and the Fatty in North Korea is, for the moment, backing down. Let’s see, how many of those things would have happened with Jeb! or Mittens in the WH?

Mona Charen’s article probably got more attention here on FreeRepublic than it did in National Review. I am seeing some interesting comments here ... and as I usually do with National Review, I didn’t even read a single word of the original article.

Murphy’s Laws of Combat
2. If it’s stupid but it works, it isn’t stupid.

There’s a common thread uniting just about all of the #nevertrumper gerbalist and chattering class.
Can anyone guess what it is? (Hint: `They Live!’)

They claim to be Republicans, no, they claim to be conservatives, but they are carrying water for the left.
I just read one of her recent tweets where she is firmly applying her lips to the posterior of NR’s managing editor.
Loathsome creatures ... call me a Nazi one more time, Mona.

Long ago, I remember eagerly looking forward to getting National Review in the mail.

LONG ago.

National Review Online has become a puke-worthy site.
